Return or Refund Policy

Akim Aquaponics we harvest the fish against your specific order. Once the order is cancelled the fish and vegetables harvested for you go to waste. Returns and refunds are not allowed after 30 minutes of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel the order with in 30 minutes make a call to us to cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel the order post 30 minutes you can still call us to check the possibility and in case the harvesting is not done by the time you are calling the order can be cancelled and refunded if paid already.
